Use of this Web site: The site (www.undp.org) and all pages in this domain (together, the "UNDP Web Site"), constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. UNDP reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any violation of these terms of use, including any violation of UNDP's rights in the UNDP name and emblem and its rights in connection with the information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (together, the "Content") of the UNDP Web Site.

The UNDP Name and Emblem: The UNDP name and emblem are the exclusive property of UNDP. They are protected under international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Working Papers: The UNDP Web Site may contain Working Papers or discussion drafts of UNDP Policy Papers. Comments and responses are welcome, but these should in all cases be addressed directly to UNDP and not uploaded to the UNDP Web Site. These documents are provided by UNDP as a contribution to discussion on important issues affecting children and women, and to assist UNDP by broadening and deepening the range of the consultations engaged in by the Organization. Such documents do not represent the Organization's definitive position on the issues covered and are not to be represented as such. Working papers may not be quoted or otherwise used outside the UNDP Web Site.

Interactive Parts of the UNDP Web Site: The UNDP Web Site may contain bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities.
